04:18:56 pm Bucket List contest

After being diagnosed with DVT, I thought it was high time to reflect on all that I want to accomplish before I die. Ironically enough, I was just thinking earlier this year that I have fulfilled lots of goals, have given some contribution and have made a difference, so what is next for me? I always write goals and like to have several things on the go at once, but this time it's different. This is serious business! :) I have started a new mental list and begun with NOW... what to do every day and am doing it. Now to pull all my goal lists together (mental and written!) and create my master piece... my "Bucket List".

If you haven't seen the movie The Bucket List, with Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman, I highly recommend renting it. (See the trailer at: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OltHNarHA9A.) Yes, you get exactly what you'd expect--so no big surprises, but it's a funny and heartwarming movie, and those two are so great on screen together. The screenplay writer is also putting together a book of the same name, which is to include some real life bucket lists, so I'm awaiting that release.

Contest for my newsletter subscribers:

If you decide to create your own bucket list and would like to share, please send in your top 10 to me (with "Contest" in the subject line), and one participant will be chosen to have their list appear in an upcoming newsletter, and will win a copy of my e-book, "Breathe: How to Keep Your Cool at Work (or anywhere else)".

Enjoy life and live each day to the fullest!

The Moses Code- "The most powerful manifestation tool in the history of the world", is a new movie directed by James Twyman, now released and being screened in various locations. I hope it will be coming to our area, so I can see what it's all about. Let me know if you see it and what you think. For the trailer and more information, go to: http://www.themosescode.com/.

Since the Oct. edition of my eNewsletter is on Gratitude, I thought my latest interactive question could be on gratitude also....

Question for my readers' personal reflection:
