June 12	Brenda will be facilitating Coping with Pressure. Certificate provided. In this workshop, we'll focus on two major sources of pressure: time and stress. In the morning, we'll look at Time Management and discuss efficiency vs. effectiveness, our use of time, overwhelm, procrastination, and will cover techniques based on values, crisis prevention, and role prioritization. In the afternoon, we'll look at Stress Management and assess stresses and stressors in our lives, identify positive and negative stress, identify warning signs of burnout, and strategize methods for prevention and management.
